Kristi Guillory Reid
Hi, I’m Kristi. I am an experienced policy advisor, lawyer, author, and DEI strategist. I have over 20 years of experience at some of the most recognizable organizations in the country.

I’m passionate about increasing opportunities for equity and access.
In 2020, I decided to launch my own consulting firm so I could assist organizations with defining and refining their public policy priorities, establishing DEI strategies, and assessing business impact. I believe that leaders and company owners at every level should have access to evidence-based data insights and meaningful mentorship.
I developed my skill set by working in several sectors, including the federal government, private sector, and several national non-profit organizations. I am also an author of two children’s books as well as op-eds and articles that have appeared in local and national publications. My expertise, which sets me apart, includes policy analysis, advocacy, government relations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications.
My education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University, a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law. I also have a certificate in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University.

- Assess organizational demographics and build processes to increase diversity of talent, opinion, and thought.
- Evaluate and assess DEI performance based on quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods to encourage positive practices benefitting underrepresented groups.
Content development
- Develop strategies for organizations to plan, implement, and communicate their social impact to increase organizational awareness and develop positive customer relationships.
- Create educational materials, magazine articles, speeches, briefs, etc.
